These terms apply when you use the Pamuq website or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products and prices
Prices are in US dollars. We work hard to show our towels accurately, but colors can look slightly different on screen. If a price or description is wrong, we will tell you before your order ships and you can cancel for a full refund.
Orders
Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. Towels are woven to order. Sets are sold only as complete sets.
Shipping and returns
Shipping times, costs and import duties are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy.
Discount codes
Discount codes are one per order, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may have conditions stated with the offer. The welcome discount applies to a first order only.
Reviews and messages
When you submit a review, you confirm that it reflects your own genuine experience and let us publish it on this website. We publish genuine reviews whether they are positive or negative.

The words, photographs and design of this website belong to Pamuq or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
