Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. Every order is woven to order in Denizli, Turkey and sent to you from Turkey.
How long it takes
Your towels are woven and finished in 5 to 7 business days. Transit to the US then takes 4 to 7 business days. An order placed today should arrive between October 30 and November 6. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
What it costs
Shipping is free on US orders over $100. Below that, shipping is a flat $10. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Duties, import fees and sales tax
We are moving to Delivered Duty Paid shipping, so that you never pay anything at the door. Until that is in place, US import duties may apply to your order, and we will tell you before you pay.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies, based on your shipping address.
Gift orders
You can add a gift message of up to 200 characters in your cart and ask us to leave prices off the packing slip.
Problems with your order
If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, contact us at our contact page with your order number and we will put it right.
