30 day returns
If you are not happy with your towels, you can return them within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund of the item price. Towels must be unwashed, unused and in their original packaging. Sets are returned as a complete set.
How to start a return
Contact us at our contact page with your order number and the items you would like to return. We reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, in which case we cover it. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us within 7 days of it arriving, with a photo if you can, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
